Neponset Grade School graduated 15 students from the D.A.R.E. program. Bureau County D.A.R.E. Officer Deputy Cliff Morse spent 10 weeks teaching students strategies to utilize to resist drugs, alcohol and violence. Students participated in writing essays and making posters to demonstrate knowledge learned. The winner of the essay contest was Breanna Nebinger and the winner of the poster contest was Mikayla Ouart.
