McHenry County grand jury indictments

A McHenry County grand jury has indicted these people on these charges:

• Dennis R. Smith, 37, of the 4100 block of Lillian Street, McHenry; battery and child abduction.

• Robert J. Rossa, 36, of the 14500 block of Kishwaukee Valley Road, Woodstock; aggravated fleeing.

• Robert M. Kaup, 41, of the 8600 block of Madison Street, Crystal Lake; retail theft.

• Sarah E. S. Hixon, 44, of the 1400 block of Monroe Street, Lake in the Hills; aggravated battery to a peace officer, aggravated battery and resisting a peace officer.

• Lorentino Martinez-Tejeda, 36, of the 4500 block of Garden Quarter Road, McHenry; aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a child and predatory criminal sexual assault of a child.

• Luis M. Rodriguez, 34, of the 300 block of Kay Street, Crystal Lake; theft.

• Enrique Ledesma, 40, of the 500 block of Hawkins Street, Elgin; retail theft and theft.

• Gino M. Romano, 34, of the 700 block of Legend Lane, McHenry; criminal damage to property and resisting a peace officer.

• Martha E. Herrera-Garcia, 37, of the 4200 block of Ponca Street, McHenry; possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

• Rafael Rodriguez-Ramirez, 49, of the 4200 block of Ponca Street, McHenry; possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, obstructing identification, possession of marijuana, possession of a fraudulent identification card, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Tyler C. Malden, 19, of the 9700 block of South Torrence Avenue, Chicago; possession of a firearm, criminal trespass to vehicles, possession of a controlled substance and resisting a peace officer.

• Abigail E. Piluski, 20, of the 700 block of Cimarron Drive, Cary; consumption of liquor as a minor, driving more than the speed limit, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Alexander M. Lopez-Prazak, 18, of the 3900 block of Main Street, McHenry; possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting an officer.

• Edgar Chavez, 19, of the 1500 block of Shelton Lane, Crystal Lake; consumption of liquor as a minor and possession of a controlled substance.
