The Assisi Animal Foundation will be celebrating its 30th anniversary during its annual fundraiser dinner dance Nov. 3 at the Crystal Lake Country Club, 721 Country Club Road.

The festivities include entertainment by comedian John DaCosse of WGN Radio, a silent and live auction, music, dancing and a buffet dinner. Proceeds from the event will allow the shelter to continue to buy much-needed items and services, such as veterinary care, food, medicine and other supplies needed for the care and upkeep of the animals and shelter.
