St. Charles

• Malcom J. Joseph, 25, of the 800 block of Preston Lane, Oswego, was charged Aug. 9 with obstruction of a police officer, driving without insurance and driving with a revoked license.

• John M. Honey, 61, of the 1600 block of Riverside Avenue, St. Charles, was charged Aug. 8 and Aug. 10 with disorderly conduct.

• Jordan D. Billek, 28, of the 3100 bloc of Riverbridge Drive, Aurora, was charged Aug. 10 with driving under the influence, driving without insurance and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

• Charles S. Hardin, 38, of the 1700 block of Cumberland Green Drive, St. Charles, was charged July 27 with violating his bail bond.

• David Lopez, 42, of the 1500 block of Indiana Street, St. Charles, was charged Aug. 3 with obstructing a police officer and assault.

• Tereso M. Nevarez, 62, of the 500 block of Farnsworth Avenue, Aurora, was charged Aug. 4 with driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, speeding and illegal transportation of alcohol.

• Criselda Cruz, 36, homeless, was charged Aug. 6 with violating an order of protection.

• Gabriel R. Martinez, 19, of the 700 block of Pimlico Parkway, Sleepy Hollow, was charged Aug. 5 with unlawful use of an ID card issued to another and underage drinking.

• Jacquel K. Dempster, 38, of the 700 block of Carriage Drive, Batavia, was charged Aug. 6 with retail theft.
