• A battery reportedly occurred at 9:01 p.m. July 9 at Immanuel Lutheran School, 142 E. Third St.
Burglary
• An unlocked vehicle reportedly was entered at 4:15 a.m. July 9 in the 200 block of East Grantley Avenue. The contents of the vehicle reportedly were disturbed. No items of value were reported missing.
• A vehicle reportedly was entered at 4:15 a.m. July 9 in the 400 block of North Howard Avenue. The contents of the vehicle reportedly were disturbed. No items of value were reported missing.
• An unlocked vehicle reportedly was entered between 4 and 5 a.m. July 9 in the 200 block of East Grantley Avenue. The interior of the vehicle reportedly was disturbed with items removed from the glove box and center console. No items of value were reported missing.
• A vehicle reportedly was entered between 1 p.m. July 8 and 7:42 a.m. July 9 in the 400 block of North Howard Avenue. No items of value were reported missing.
• Cash and a CD reportedly were stolen between 5 p.m. July 8 and 9:45 a.m. July 9 from an unlocked vehicle while it was parked in a driveway in the 200 block of North Willow Street.
• A vehicle reportedly was entered between 3 p.m. July 8 and 3 p.m. July 9 in the 200 block of North Illinois Street. The center console reportedly was disturbed. No items of value were reported missing.
• An unlocked vehicle reportedly was entered between 1 p.m. July 8 and 10:30 a.m. July 9 in the 200 block of North Illinois Street. No items were reported missing from the vehicle.
• An attempted burglary of two trucks reportedly occurred between 3 p.m. July 10 and 6:45 a.m. July 11 in the 700 block of Industrial Drive.
Disorderly conduct
• A juvenile was charged at 9:24 p.m. July 10 with disorderly conduct and possessing a weapon (park ordinance) at Wilder Park, 175 S. Prospect Ave.
• An incident involving disorderly conduct was reported at 1 p.m. July 12 in the 400 block of West St. Charles Road.
• Zachary J. Zajkowski, 19, of the 400 block of Newcastle Drive, Roselle, was cited at 11:38 p.m. July 14 with disorderly conduct at Extended Stay America, 550 W. Grand Ave.
Drug paraphernalia possession
Abraham Martinez, 21, of the 4100 block of West Wellington Avenue, Chicago, was cited at 8:10 a.m. July 12 with possession of drug paraphernalia at Butterfield Road and West Commonwealth Lane.
DUI
• Abundio Soriano, 51, of the 600 block of South York Road, Bensenville, was charged at 10:02 p.m. July 12 with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use at York Road and Diversey Avenue.
• Tamika S. Stinson, 34, of the 8000 block of South Kenwood Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 12:27 a.m. July 14 with DUI of alcohol, unlawful possession of marijuana and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at Butterfield Road and Commonwealth Lane.
Identity theft
• An incident involving identity theft reportedly occurred between 1 a.m. July 23, 2017, and 4 p.m. July 10 in the 700 block of South Stuart Court.
• An incident involving identity theft was reported at 6:42 p.m. July 11 in an unspecified block of Maple Avenue.
• An incident involving identity theft reportedly occurred at 9:48 a.m. July 13 in the 500 block of South Fairfield Avenue.
Lost property
• An Illinois driver's license was reported lost at 1:15 p.m. July 13 in the 700 block of Emroy Avenue.
• An Illinois driver's license was reported lost at 3:42 p.m. July 13 in the 400 block of South Prospect Avenue.
Marijuana possession
• Frekoba M. Thompson, 27, of the 3500 block of West Douglas Boulevard, Chicago, was cited at 2:26 a.m. July 7 with unlawful possession of marijuana at Route 83 and St. Charles Road.
• Bryson Graham, 20, of the zero to 100 block of 50th Avenue, Bellwood, was cited at 5:36 p.m. July 13 with unlawful possession of marijuana and tinted windows at Butterfield and York roads. Akierah Pettigrew, 19, of the 800 block of North Irving Avenue, Hillside, was cited at the same time and same date with unlawful possession of marijuana at the same location.
• Jason F. James, 33, of the 1400 block of South 12th Avenue, Maywood, was cited at 7:41 a.m. July 14 with unlawful possession of marijuana and illegal transportation of open alcohol at York Street and Butterfield Road.
• Aaron Rollins, 18, of the 100 block of North Hamlin Avenue, Chicago, was cited at 2:26 p.m. July 14 with unlawful possession of marijuana in the 300 block of South Poplar Avenue.
Property damage
• Red spray paint reportedly was marked between 6 p.m. July 9 and 6 a.m. July 10 on the interior walls of the first floor at the Opus Design construction site at 100 N. Addison Ave.
• The driver's side window of a vehicle reportedly was broken out at 4:24 a.m. July 13 at the Hammerschmidt Memorial Chapel at Elmhurst College, 190 S. Prospect Ave. A brick reportedly was used to gain access into the chapel damaging two key card panels. The offender was served a no trespass notice.
• A large scratch on the rear passenger side door of a vehicle was reported at 2:08 p.m. July 13 at Courts Plus, 186 S. West Ave.
• A large wood carving reportedly was removed from an exterior door between 7 p.m. July 12 and 12:26 p.m. July 14 at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 345 S. Kenilworth Ave. The wood carving reportedly was later found by the reporting officer in an donation bin on the east side of the church.
• A driver's side window reportedly was struck following a traffic crash at 3:31 p.m. July 14 in the 700 block of North Howard Avenue. The offender reportedly struck the driver's side window with the side mirror that had broken off the vehicle he was driving.
• A landscaping brick reportedly was thrown at the victim's parked unattended vehicle in an effort to shatter the driver's side window at 3:31 p.m. July 14 in the 700 block of North Lombard Avenue. A vehicle reportedly had crashed into a house. (same vehicle??)
Sexual exploitation of a child
Dexter Jerome Hill, 25, of the 400 block of St. Charles Road, Elmhurst, was charged at 5:59 p.m. July 5 with distribution of harmful material and sexual exploitation of a child in the 100 block of Fellows Court.
Suspicious circumstances
An incident involving suspicious circumstances reportedly occurred at 11:36 a.m. July 12 in the 500 block of South Swain Avenue. The victim reportedly received an email stating malware had been installed on the victim's computer and demanding the victim send $2,900 in bitcoin to a bitcoin address.
Theft
• Four hub caps reportedly were stolen off of a Toyota Sienna van at 9 p.m. July 8 in the 700 block of North Michigan Street.
• Twelve boxes of Crest Whitestrips reportedly were stolen between 4:33 and 4:36 p.m. July 10 at CVS Pharmacy, 110 W. North Ave.
• Keys and fobs reportedly were stolen between 7 a.m. May 23 and 3:12 p.m. July 11 from an unlocked file cabinet at Wilkins Hyundai, 750 N. York St.
• Cash reportedly was stolen between 6 p.m. June 11 and 5 p.m. June 13 at Elmhurst Extended Care Center, 200 E. Lake St.
• A charger cable reportedly was stolen between 11:15 a.m. July 11 and 5 p.m. July 12 in the 200 block of North Berteau Avenue.
• Cash reportedly was stolen between noon July 6 and 12:45 p.m. July 13 at Good Move Movers, 730 N. York St.
• A locked Schwinn mountain style bicycle and bicycle accessories reportedly were stolen between 7 p.m. July 11 and 8 a.m. July 13 in the 100 block of North Addison Avenue.
• A purse reportedly was stolen between 12:30 and 1 a.m. July 14 at Waterford Banquet and Conference Center, 933 Riverside Drive.
• A gray Haro street bicycle with a slightly bent front wheel reportedly was stolen between 5:15 and 5:25 p.m. July 14 from a bike rack at Wilder Park, 175 S. Prospect Ave.
• Joseph Pulido, 44, of the 900 block of South Hillcrest Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged at 8:57 p.m. July 15 with retail theft at Jewel-Osco, 944 S. York St.
• Warren Ellison, 31, of the 100 block of George Street, Bensenville, was charged at 9:09 p.m. July 15 with theft of lost or mislaid property at Thorntons, 476 N. York St.
Traffic violation
• Angeline Taylor, 22, of the 600 block of Indiana Street, Elmhurst, was cited at 6:21 a.m. July 10 with driving while license suspended and disobeying a stop sign at Crestview Avenue and Michigan Street.
• Bianca Pelayo, 18, of the zero to 100 block of East Bernice Avenue, Northlake, was charged at 1:33 a.m. July 4 with driving while license suspended and no seat belt at North and Emroy avenues.
• Rory Hammitt, 43, of the 300 block of Beau Drive, Des Plaines, was charged at 2:19 a.m. July 12 with aggravated driving while license revoked, no registration plate light and defective windshield at Arlington Avenue and St. Charles Road.
• Domonique L. Williams, 25, of the 700 block of East 79th Street, Chicago, was charged at 11:39 a.m. July 12 with no valid driver's license and no valid registration at York Street and Crestview Avenue.
Trespassing
William G. Amarantos, 29, of the 800 block of North Lombard Street, Elmhurst, was charged at 12:51 a.m. July 10 with prowling and served with a trespass notice in the 800 block of North Lombard Street.
Underage drinking
Kyle A. Ezell, 20, of the zero to 100 block of St. Charles Road, Villa Park, was cited at 2:12 a.m. July 14 with consumption of alcohol by a minor at York Community High School, 355 W. St. Charles Road.
Warrant arrest
• Luis Corral Rodriguez, 19, of the 400 block of North Ardmore Avenue, Villa Park, was arrested at 4:37 p.m. July 12 on a warrant out of DuPage County and charged with driving while license suspended, unlawful possession of marijuana and suspended registration at North Avenue and Indiana Street.
• Akilah J. Thornton, 21, of the 300 block of 23rd Avenue, Bellwood, was arrested at 2:18 a.m. July 15 on a warrant out of DuPage County and charged with driving while license revoked and disobeying a traffic control signal at Lake Street and Route 83.
