• A battery was reported at 4:28 p.m. April 12 at Elmhurst Hospital, 155 E. Brush Hill Road.
• Elder Tello-Munoz, 39, of the 700 block of North Kenilworth Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged at 3:34 a.m. April 15 with domestic battery in the 700 block of North Kenilworth Avenue.
Burglary
Johnnie West, 52, of the 1400 block of South 10th Avenue, Maywood, was charged at 4:37 p.m. April 12 with retail theft, burglary, driving while license suspended, speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at T-Mobil, 361 S. Route 83. Jessica L. Hargrays, 39, of the 2700 block of West Roosevelt Road, Chicago, was charged at the same time and date with retail theft and burglary at the same location.
Disorderly conduct
Milton Juarez, 27, of the 800 block of Coronado Center Drive, Henderson, Nev., was charged at 2:50 a.m. April 14 with disorderly conduct in the 100 block of North Maple Avenue.
Drug paraphernalia possession
• Martique D. Barksdale, 36, of the zero to 100 block of North Yale Avenue, Villa Park, was charged at 12:11 a.m. April 10 with city ordinance trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia at Elmhurst College, 190 S. Prospect Ave.
• Shannell Johnson, 20, of the 4900 block of West 190th Place, Chicago, was charged at 4:54 p.m. April 11 with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane use and permitting an unauthorized person to drive at St. Charles Road and Scott Street. Robert Chavis, 28, of the 1100 block of South Longwood Avenue, Chicago, was cited at the same time and date with illegal transportation of alcohol at the same location.
DUI
• Robert E. Miller, 45, of the 100 block of North Elm Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged at 7:27 p.m. April 11 with driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane use, illegal transportation of alcohol and injuring city property in the 100 block of North Addison Avenue.
• Eduardo Pantoja, 29, of the 2500 block of Wesley Avenue, Berwyn, was charged at 12:23 a.m. April 13 with DUI of alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol in the 300 block of South West Avenue.
• Oscar Haro, 27, of the 200 block of South York Road, Bensenville, was charged at 12:31 a.m. April 14 with DUI of alcohol and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at Lake and Walnut streets.
• Teodoro Segura, 32, of the 600 block of North Wolf Road, Hillside, was charged at 1:53 a.m. April 15 with DUI of alcohol, possession of a controlled substance, improper lane use, driving too fast for conditions and leaving the scene of an accident in the 300 block of West St. Charles Road.
Elder neglect
An incident involving elder neglect was reported at 9:46 a.m. April 12 in the 100 block of East Grand Avenue.
Harassment
• An incident of text harassment reportedly occurred between 1:31 and 2:57 p.m. April 13 in the 400 block of North Berteau Avenue.
• An incident of harassment via mail was reported at 4:45 p.m. April 13 as having occurred at 9 a.m. Feb. 28 in the 800 block of Larch Avenue.
Identity theft
• An incident involving identity theft reportedly occurred at 1 p.m. April 4 in the 200 block of Monterey Avenue.
• An incident involving identity theft reportedly occurred between 1 a.m. and 2 p.m. April 10 in the 700 block of Berkley Avenue.
• An incident involving identity theft was reported at 3:01 p.m. April 14 as having occurred between 12:01 a.m. Jan. 5 and 12:01 a.m. March 17 in the 300 block of Addison Avenue.
Lost property
A wallet containing a driver's license and credit cards reportedly was lost at 9:41 p.m. April 12 in the 500 block of West Grand Avenue.
Marijuana possession
• Joselito Delvalle, 18, of the 2500 block of Dora Street, Franklin Park, and Sunny P. Patel, 19, of the 1700 block of 36th Avenue, Stone Park, were cited at 9:55 p.m. April 13 with unlawful possession of marijuana in the 300 block of West Lake Street.
• Patrick Foster, 44, of the 600 block of Pingree Street, Detroit, Mich., was cited at 10:11 p.m. April 13 with unlawful possession of marijuana in the 400 block of West Lake Street.
• Tahisha Hudson, 37, of the 300 block of Frederick Avenue, Bellwood, was charged at 4:07 p.m. April 14 with unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding at Butterfield Road and Colfax Avenue.
• Russell Taylor, 33, of the zero to 100 block of Rosegarden Street, Warwick, R.I., was cited at 12:26 a.m. April 15 with unlawful possession of marijuana in the 300 block of North Route 83.
Obstructing identification
Ricardo Sosa-Colon, 20, of the 1500 block of South 51st Court, Cicero, was charged at 3:19 a.m. April 12 with obstructing identification at Van Buren Street and Colfax Avenue.
Property damage
• Regina Mol, 49, of the 600 block of South Spring Road, Elmhurst, was cited at 3 p.m. April 8 with damage to city property in the 400 block of Prairie Avenue following a reported motor vehicle collision with a street light pole.
• Grass was torn up by a person reportedly driving in circles near the baseball fields between 11 p.m. April 9 and 7 a.m. April 10 at Churchville Middle School, 155 Victory Pkwy. Estimated damage was $250.
• Graffiti reportedly was sprayed between 8 p.m. April 9 and 7 a.m. April 11 on the back wall of the garage in the alley of Unlimited Heating and Cooling, 185 N. York St.
• Damage to an electrical box was reported at 10:20 p.m. April 11 in the 100 block of North Addison Avenue.
Suspicious circumstances
• An incident involving suspicious circumstances reportedly occurred at 10:02 p.m. April 10 in the 1000 block of South Swain Avenue.
• An incident involving suspicious circumstances reportedly occurred at 7:48 p.m. April 14 at a gas station in the 200 block of East Butterfield Road. Offenders reportedly attempted to enter the victim's unlocked vehicle while it was unoccupied in front of the gas station. The victim yelled at the offenders, who entered a vehicle and left the area.
Theft
• Headphones reportedly were stolen between 2 and 2:30 p.m. April 9 at T-Mobile, 361 S. Route 83.
• Four tires reportedly were stolen at 11:57 p.m. April 11 at Honda on Grand, 300 W. Grand Ave.
• Cash reportedly was fraudulently withdrawn from a checking account at 9:31 a.m. April 13 at Fifth Third Bank, 105 S. York St.
• A cork bulletin board reportedly was stolen between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m. April 10 at York Meadows Condominiums, 841 N. York St.
• Three bottles of liquor reportedly were stolen at 6:10 p.m. April 14 at Jewel-Osco, 944 S. York St.
• Three bottles of alcohol reportedly were stolen at 3:17 p.m. April 15 at Jewel-Osco, 944 S. York St.
Traffic violation
• Lorenzo Casas, 57, of the 900 block of West Cullerton Street, Chicago, was charged at 5:43 p.m. April 10 with no valid driver's license, failure to yield turning left and operating an uninsured motor vehicle in the 600 block of West North Avenue.
• David O'Brien, 27, of the 100 block of North Roy Avenue, Northlake, was charged at 6:33 p.m. April 12 with no valid driver's license, no registration and speeding at York Street and Crestview Avenue.
• Erick Chavez, 20, of the 21700 block of West Joplin Court, Plainfield, was charged at 12:07 a.m. April 14 with driving with license suspended and no rear registration plate light at Route 83 and Prairie Path Lane.
• Marco Corral, 31, of the 1800 bock of West Holtz Avenue, Addison, was charged at 5:59 p.m. April 14 with no valid driver's license and illegal window tinting at Lake and Church streets.
Warrant arrest
• Alex Mondragon, 50, of the 1S000 block of Myrtle Avenue, Villa Park, was arrested at 7:05 p.m. April 4 on a warrant out of DuPage County at the Elmhurst Police Department, 125 E. First St.
• Tyler J. Willans, 18, of the 200 block of East Plymouth Street, Villa Park, was arrested at 3:03 a.m. April 12 on a warrant out of DuPage County and cited with unlawful possession of marijuana at North and Glade avenues.
• Lauren Willhoit, 26, of the 300 block of East Van Buren Street, Elmhurst, was arrested at 8:41 p.m. April 15 on a warrant out of the Lemont Police Department and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at Starbucks, 164 N. York St.
