DeKalb city

Daniel J. Peceny, 39, of the 100 block of South Eighth Street, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, Feb. 22, with domestic battery.

James C. Hawkins, 22, of the 700 block of Regent Drive, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, Feb. 22, with reckless driving and driving more than 40 mph over the speed limit.

Willie B. Tilson, 24, of the 3600 block of West 47th Avenue, Gary, Indiana, was charged Thursday, Feb. 22, with reckless driving and driving more than 40 miles over the speed limit.

Sakijdra R. Williams, 24, of the 900 block of Kimberly Drive, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, Feb. 22, with retail theft.

Twon K. Johnson, 22, of the 1000 block of Crane Drive, DeKalb, was charged Friday,
Feb. 23, with theft.

Darrell L. Johnson, 27, of the 1500 block of North Lorel Avenue, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Feb. 23, with retail theft.

Amy K. Kennedy, 44, of the 300 block of East Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Feb. 23, with domestic battery.

James R. Rosenberg, 20, of the 200 block of Augusta Avenue, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Feb. 24, with domestic battery.

David Reyes-Hernandez, 22, of the 800 block of Russell Road, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Feb. 24, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Lonyai J. Morris, 20, of the 800 block of Kimberly Drive, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Feb. 24, with domestic battery.

Kierra U. Jackson, 24, of the 800 block of Ridge Drive, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Feb. 24, with criminal damage to property and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Marquis S. Mitchell, 21, of the first block of North Francisco Avenue, Chicago, was charged Saturday, Feb. 24, with soliciting without a license.

Mikeen L. Russell, 19, of the 7700 block of South Exchange Street, Chicago, was charged Saturday, Feb. 24, with retail theft.

Reginald Jordan, 21, of the 800 block of Fotis Drive, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Feb. 25, with possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.

Abraham A. Perea, 25, of the 400 block of South First Street, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Feb. 25, with disruptive intoxication.

Xavier L. Matthews, 20, of the 800 block of West Taylor Street, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Feb. 25, with calculated criminal drug conspiracy, manufacturing and delivery of controlled substances, obstructing identification, possession of heroin, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.

Leah L. Oltman, 27, of the 600 block of North Somonauk Road, Cortland, was charged Sunday, Feb. 25, with retail theft.

Emilio G. Seay, 30, of the 1400 block of Farmstead Lane, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Feb. 25, with aggravated battery and domestic battery.

DeKalb County

Shayne R. Carrol, 33, of the first block of South Adams Street, Oswego, was charged Tuesday, Feb. 27, with driving while license revoked and arrested on a failure to appear warrant for driving under the influence.

Marcus Camatti, 22, of the 100 block of North Bertram Drive, Yorkville, was charged Wednesday, Feb. 28, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Jeremy Camatti, 28, of the 100 block of North Bertram Drive, Yorkville, was charged Wednesday, Feb. 28, with attempted obstructing justice and resisting a peace officer.

David D. Lisner, 46, of the 300 block of South Somonauk Road, Cortland, was charged Wednesday, Feb. 28, with unlawful violation of an order of protection and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Sycamore police

Lisa C. Wetzel, 49, of Sycamore was arrested Sunday, Feb. 25, on a failure to appear warrant for driving under the influence of drugs.
