• Graffiti and stickers put on an electrical box under the east end of the Wilson Street bridge in downtown Batavia were reported as criminal damage to property Feb. 22.
• An unauthorized bank transaction in the 100 block of North Washington Avenue, Batavia, was reported Feb. 23 as fraud.
• Cameron J. Schultz, 27, of the 700 block of Newberry Drive, Batavia, was charged with obstructing identification in the 100 block of East Wilson Street, Batavia, according to a Feb. 23 police report.
• Jordan I. Subora, 22, of the 0-99 block of Cottonwood Circle, Batavia, was charged with domestic battery and resisting or obstructing a police officer, according to a Feb. 24 police report.
• A bank alerted a client that on Feb. 22 a wire transfer for $400 and another for $100 were completed, according to a Feb. 25 report of fraud in the 1200 block of Wilson Street, Batavia. The report also stated that someone attempted to make a business purchase but it was denied.
• Retail theft was reported Feb. 26 in the 1900 block of West Fabyan Parkway, Batavia, involving someone seen on a surveillance camera removing items from a fragrance cabinet and leaving the store without paying.
• A laptop computer valued at $100 was stolen Feb. 15 in the 900 block of Park Street, Batavia, according to a Feb. 27 police report.
• Jesus M. Davila IIl, 40, of the 39W600 block of Henry David Thoreau Place, St. Charles, was charged Feb. 27 with speeding 35 or more miles per hour over the posted limit along South Randall Road, Batavia.
