Kendall County sheriff’s deputies arrested two men after stopping their vehicle Jan. 20 at 10:51 p.m. in the 2000 block of Light Road in Oswego Township.

Police said the driver of the vehicle, Samuel D. Riley, 21, no address given, was wanted on a Kane County warrant for failure to appear in court on a prior charge of driving in excess of 35 mph over the speed limit.

A passenger in Riley’s vehicle, Wesley A. Harmon, 20, no address given, was arrested when deputies determined he was wanted on a Will County warrant on a prior charge of aggravated fleeing and eluding.

Police said bond was set for both suspects, but they remained in custody at the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville as of Jan. 20.

Correction: An earlier version of this story misspelled Wesley A. Harmon's name.
