Bolingbrook school band honored

The Brooks Middle School band in Bolingbrook received quite an honor for its performance in the Sept. 17 Romeoville Founders’ Day Parade.

The Village of Romeoville named the Brooks Band “Best Overall Band” and they were presented with a plaque by Romeoville Mayor John Noak.

The Brooks band is under the direction of Jennifer Finn (second from left) and Brian Finn.
