MORRIS

• Lucas Darin, 21, of Morris, was arrested Sept. 23 by Morris police and charged with unlawful use of a weapon. He was given a court date of Oct. 23.

• Elijah Land, 20, of Seneca, was arrested Sept. 23 by Morris police and charged with driving while license suspended. He posted bond and was released with a court date of Oct. 23.

• Fredrick Myers, 26, of Joliet, was arrested Sept. 20 by Morris police on a failure to appear warrant for driving while license suspended. He posted bond and was released with a court date of Oct. 16.

GRUNDY COUNTY

• Adam Nelson, 25, of Seneca, was arrested Sept. 20 by the sheriff's department for felony theft. He did not post bond and was held at Grundy County Jail pending a court date of Sept. 29.

• Kenneth Johnke, 20, of Coal City, was arrested Sept. 23 by the sheriff's deparment and charged with possession of a controlled substance and bringing contraband into a penal institution. He did not post bond and was held at Grundy County Jail pending a court date of Oct. 26.

• Prince Rudolph, 44, of Carpentersville, was arrested Sept. 23 by the sheriff's department on a warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance. He did not post bond and was held at Grundy County Jail pending a court date of Sept. 28.

• John Moats, 46, of Gardner, was arrested Sept. 24 by the sheriff's department and charged with domestic battery. He posted bond and was released with a court date of Nov. 7.

• Teddy Struck, 41, of Seneca, was arrested Sept. 24 by the sheriff's department and charged with driving under the influence. He posted bond and was released with a court date of Oct. 30.

• Adam Mowery, 38, of Diamond, was arrested Sept. 25 by the sheriff's department and charged with battery. He posted bond and was released with a court date of Oct. 23.

COAL CITY

• Roy Swisher, 43, of Wilmington, was arrested Sept. 23 by Coal City police and charged with domestic battery. He did not post bond and was held at Grundy County Jail pending a court date of Oct. 3.

MINOOKA

• Douglas Anderson, 39, of Minooka, was arrested Sept. 23 by Minooka police and charged with domestic battery. He posted bond and was released with a court date of Nov. 7.
