WOODSTOCK – A Crystal Lake man accused of stealing more than $300 worth of sex toys, clothing and DVDs from an area boutique is set to appear in court next week.
David L. Khollman, 46, of the 1700 block of Crescent Drive, faces charges of burglary, retail theft of items more than $300 and criminal damage to property, court documents show.
He is scheduled to appear Thursday before Judge Sharon Prather.
Authorities said Khollman broke into Fantasy Factory Romantic Boutique, 818 Front St., McHenry, on May 31 and stole several items, including sex toys, clothing and DVDs.
He remains in McHenry County Jail in lieu of posting 10 percent of his $60,000 bond.
Khollman was on probation when he picked up the new charges. He pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance in September 2016 and was sentenced to two years of probation and drug/alcohol treatment.
He previously was convicted of calculated criminal drug conspiracy, disorderly conduct and residential burglary.
