• Kendra L. Utterback, 37, of the 300 block of Duane Street, was charged with two counts of domestic battery in the 300 block of Duane Street.

Marijuana possession

Matthew F. Tantilla, 19, of the 400 block of South Ardmore Avenue, Villa Park, was charged at 12:21 a.m. May 29 with unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Maryknoll Park, 845 Pershing Ave.

Drug paraphernalia possession

• Sam M. Batjes, 19, of the 700 block of Chase Lane, Lombard, and Carrington J. Breckenridge, 20, of the 1400 block of Ovaltine Court, Villa Park, were charged at 12:21 a.m. May 29 with possession of drug paraphernalia at Maryknoll Park, 845 Pershing Ave.

• Alice T. Bryant, 25, of the 5800 block of Fresno Court, Hanover Park, was charged at 12:02 a.m. June 3 with possession of drug paraphernalia at Roosevelt Road and Pershing Avenue.

WHEATON

Burglary

Silverware and jewelry reportedly were stolen at 12:16 p.m. May 19 from a house in the 400 block of West Union Avenue.

Property damage

A swastika reportedly was carved into the passenger side of a vehicle at 6:40 a.m. May 21 as it was parked in the driveway of a building in the 1800 block of Doncaster Court.

Drug equipment possession

Cesar J. Soler, 24, of the 5200 block of West Agatite Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 5:56 p.m. May 15 with possession of drug equipment at Butterfield and Wiesbrook roads.
