Geneva police reports

• Joel S. Parker, 47, of the 900 block of Kindberg Court, Elburn, was charged March 31 with driving under the influence, resisting arrest, disobeying a traffic signal and not having lights on when required. According to police reports, Parker refused to put his hands behind his back, refused to get into the squad car and pushed against an officer while resisting to get into the squad car.

• Jenna M. Wagner, 18, of the 600 block of Campbell Street, Geneva, was charged April 1 with possession of marijuana and driving without lights on when required.
