Prostitution

• Marlisha L. High, 32, of the 8000 block of South Evans Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 7:23 p.m. Oct. 13 with prostitution in the 3000 block of Finley Road.

• Meghan S. VanBuren, 22, of the 1000 block of Whitewater, Fort Atkinson, Wis., was charged at 7 p.m. Oct. 13 with prostitution in the 3000 block of Finley Road.

• Terri N. Fisher, 44, of the 600 block of South River Street, Aurora, was charged at 10 p.m. Oct. 13 with prostitution in the 3000 block of Finley Road.

• Carol R. Bagwell, 24, of the 600 block of Belmont Drive, Romeoville, was charged at 6:35 p.m. Oct. 13 with prostitution in the 3000 block of Finley Road.

• Manuel Pala, 29, of the 3100 block of Thomas Street, Melrose Park, was charged at 5:25 p.m. Oct. 13 with prostitution in the 3000 block of Finley Road.

• JulieAnne A. Werner, 22, of the 10000 block of Linda Lane, Des Plaines, was charged at 3:05 p.m. Oct. 13 with prostitution in the 3000 block of Finley Road.

• Annissa N. Ellen-Williams, 19, of the 1600 block of Westminster Drive, Naperville, was charged at 2:35 p.m. Oct. 13 with prostitution in the 3000 block of Finley Road.

Theft

• Laura M. Downs, 38, of the 300 block of Chicago Road, Oswego, was charged at 2:49 p.m. Oct. 9 with retail theft in the 1500 block of Butterfield Road.

• Mario A. Esquivel, 18, of the 4700 block of Arbor Drive, Rolling Meadows, was charged at 3:04 p.m. Oct. 10 with retail theft in the 3300 block of Finley Road.

• Candace Taylor, 29, of the 2000 block of West Jackson Boulevard, Chicago, was charged at 2:40 p.m. Oct. 10 with identity theft in the 800 block of Burlington Avenue.

• Tyeasha N. King, 23, of the 5000 block of West Adams Street, Chicago, was charged at 10:30 p.m. Oct. 13 with identity theft at the Cook County Department of Corrections.

Violation of Extradition Act

Anthony A. Hodges, 43, of the 600 block of Austin Street, was charged at 8:45 p.m. Oct. 6 with a violation of the Extradition Act in the 600 block of Austin Street.

Battery

Anton Kuenster, 21, of the 100 block of South Linden Avenue, was charged at 8:25 p.m. Oct. 10 with domestic battery in the 100 block of South Linden Avenue.

DUI

Peter Johnske, 30, of the 1000 block of Bothwell Circle, Bolingbrook, was charged at 1:05 a.m. Oct. 15 with DUI in the 300 block of North Cass Avenue.

Theft

• Someone stole a GPS between 7 a.m. Oct. 9 and 7 a.m. Oct. 10 from a vehicle parked in the 400 block of Plaza Drive.

• Purses were stolen between 8 and 8:10 a.m. Oct. 11 from two vehicles in the 500 block of Oakmont Lane.

• Cash and cigarettes were stolen between 2:15 and 2:20 a.m. Oct. 12 from a business in the 700 block of East Ogden Avenue.

• A purse was stolen between 4:30 and 5 p.m. Oct. 13 from a vehicle in the 800 block of Blackhawk Drive.

Traffic violations

• Theodore Sheppard, 27, of the 600 block of North Trumbull Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 7:15 a.m. Oct. 11 with driving with a suspended license in the 700 block of East Ogden Avenue.

• David Stokes III, 37, of the 700 block of 56th Place, Clarendon Hills, was charged at 7:40 a.m. Oct. 12 with driving with a suspended license in the 6400 block of South Cass Avenue.

• David Morgan Jr., 26, of the 700 block of East 73rd Street, Chicago, was charged at 10:50 a.m. Oct. 14 with driving with a suspended license in the 6300 block of South Cass Avenue.

Protection order violation

Tont Woodson, 20, of the 4800 block of South Vincennes Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 9:50 p.m. Oct. 15 with a violation of a protection order in the 100 block of West 63rd Street.
