What was your first job: I grew up on a farm, so all the usual farm chores were my first jobs and of course babysitting. My first job for a company was as a hostess at Niemerg's Steak House in Effingham.
What is your favorite movie: "The American President."
What is your favorite book: I don't have a favorite. I like to read mystery, romance and leadership books.
What is the best concert you've been to: Billy Joel, it was my first concert.
If you met a genie who granted you one wish, what would you wish for: Health for my family.
What's the hardest thing you've ever done: Emotionally deal with family health issues.
Where do you most want to travel, but have never been: Germany.
What is one thing you're truly passionate about: My family.
What is your favorite area restaurant, and what do you like to order there: I really enjoy eating at them all. If I had to pick one, it would be Wise Guys, since it was the first one I visited when we were considering moving to Princeton.
What is something you like about your hometown: My husband and I moved to Princeton in December 2014. We have been impressed with the welcome that we have received as well as the number of community events.
