June 27
Jorge A. Delgado, 32, homeless, pleaded guilty to residential burglary, a Class 1 felony, and to obstructing justice, a Class 4 felony. Ogle County Associate Circuit Court Judge Kathleen Kauffmann sentenced him to four years in the Department of Corrections with two years mandatory supervised release.
He must pay fines and costs totaling $3,277.
One count of resisting a peace officer was dismissed per a plea agreement.
