Glen Ellyn Jaycees to offer student scholarships

GLEN ELLYN – For the last 42 years, the Glen Ellyn Jaycee Scholarship Committee has been offering local students the opportunity to receive a scholarship.

The committee is now accepting applications for scholarships for students 17 to 21 years old who wish to further their education. Applicants planning to or already attending college, trade school or technical school and living in Glen Ellyn are eligible.

The scholarships are awarded primarily on the individual’s community or church involvement, as well as financial need. Applications will be accepted through May 13.
