ST. CHARLES
• Juan Jhovanny Zamudio-Gonzalez, 26, of the 0-100 block of South 11th Avenue, St. Charles, was charged Thursday, March 10, with driving on a suspended or revoked license and was arrested on a warrant.
• Tracey Ann Hower, 47, of the 3000 block of Renard Lane, St. Charles, was charged Friday, March 11, with texting while driving, driving too fast for conditions and driving under the influence of alcohol.
• Marcelino Cruz-Martinez, 21, of the 2000 block of Oak Street, St. Charles, was charged Monday, March 7, with driving without insurance, improper lane use, driving without a license, leaving the scene of an accident and driving under the influence of alcohol.
• Matthew Gregory Hayes, 25, of the 1000 block of West Drive, South Elgin, was charged Wednesday, March 9, with interfering with the reporting of domestic violence and domestic battery.
• Christopher M. Sullivan, 44, of the 1300 block of Hinckley Street, Montgomery, was charged Saturday, March 5, with burglary.
• Gerardo Gonzalez, 20, of the 200 block of North 15th Street, St. Charles, was arrested Sunday, Feb. 28, on a warrant.
• Salvatore Storaci, 36, of the 1000 block of Lakewood Circle, Carol Stream, was arrested Friday, March 4, on a warrant.
• William Alexander DeLeon, 27, of the 300 block of Cooper Avenue, Elgin, was charged Sunday, March 6, with aggravated driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked license, improper lane use and illegal transportation of alcohol.
• Nicholas Carl Favia, 18, of the 300 block of Heritage Court, West Chicago, was charged Saturday, March 5, with damage to personal property.
• John A. Rutkowski, 20, of the 500 block of Valley View Drive, St. Charles, was charged Saturday, March 5, with driving without insurance, possession of marijuana, obstructed windshield/front side windows and obstructed windshield, side and rear window.
GENEVA
• Adam J. Ziegler, 28, of the 100 block of Ridge Lane, Geneva, was charged Saturday, Feb. 27, with violating an order of protection. According to police reports, the order of protection prohibits him from being intoxicated while at the residence, and Ziegler arrived intoxicated and caused a disturbance in front of the house.
• Robert H. Doogan, 30, of the 1000 block of Geneva Drive, Geneva, was charged Friday, March 26, with two counts of domestic battery. According to police reports, an argument escalated, and he grabbed the victim by the neck as she lay in bed, flipped her over and began kneeing her in the side and squeezing her face.
• Four bottles of perfume valued at $380 were reported stolen Thursday, Feb. 25, from Ulta Cosmetics, 1560 S. Randall Road, Geneva.
CAMPTON HILLS
• Joseph Edward Henion, 45, of the 6N300 block of Crescent Lane, Campton Hills, was charged Friday, Feb. 26, with driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident and driving without insurance.
• Athanasios Christos Pesmajoglou, 21, of the 600 block of Sheffield Circle, Sugar Grove, was charged Sunday, Feb. 28, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent and disobeying a traffic control signal following a two-car crash at LaFox Road and Route 64 in Campton Hills.
• Alec Joseph Irvine, 23, of the 0-100 block of Ione Drive, South Elgin, was charged Thursday, Feb. 18, with speeding 40 mph or more over the posted limit. Police reported he was traveling at 102 mph in a 55-mph zone on Route 47 about 8:30 a.m.
BATAVIA
• Siara M. Benard, 30, of the 800 block of Victoria Drive, Montgomery, was charged Wednesday, March 9, with retail theft from Wal-Mart, 801 N. Randall Road, Batavia.
• Adrian D. Mendoza-Martinez, 18, of the 200 block of Lake Street, Batavia, was charged Monday, March 7, with possession of marijuana.
• Jonathan C. Paschall, 34, of the 1N200 block of Richard Avenue, Carol Stream, was charged Sunday, March 6, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without insurance, speeding, obstructing or resisting police, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
• Rebecca M. Moore, 20, of the 300 block of South Gladstone Avenue, Aurora, was charged Saturday, March 5, with retail theft and possession of marijuana.
• Mail was reported stolen Wednesday, March 2, in the 1000 block of Lorlyn Circle, Batavia.
