Residents in the Prestbury Citizens Association near Sugar Grove starting today will have a new trash and recycling collector.
The association entered into a contract with Advanced Disposal, according to a news release. Residential collector services will occur every Wednesday.
“We are extremely excited to welcome our new Prestbury customers to the Advanced Disposal family, and look forward to providing them with environmentally sound, customer care-focused service,” Dan DeWaard, Advanced Disposal’s region vice president, stated in the release.
The Prestbury Citizens Association consists of more than 950 homes and additional facilities near Sugar Grove between Interstate 88 and Route 56. Prestbury residents previously were served by Waste Management, according to the Prestbury website.
