Beverly A. Pizarro

ROCK FALLS – Beverly A. Pizarro, 76, of Rock Falls, died Sunday, Oct. 18, 2015.

She was born Dec. 16, 1938, in Dixon, the daughter of George Sr. and Emma (Ankeny) Pitzer. She married Henry Pizarro on Jan. 11, 1959, in Dixon. He preceded her in death May 17, 1992. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Rock Falls.

Survivors include two daughters, LuAnn (Ruben) Garza of East Peoria and Kathy Pizarro of Sterling; one sister, Dorothy Rex of Eldena; and three grandchildren.

She also was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, George, Raymond, and Charles Pitzer.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon Wednesday and the funeral at noon Wednesday at Schilling Funeral Home & Cremation in Sterling, with the Rev. Tommy McMurtry of Liberty Baptist Church in Rock Falls officiating. Burial will be at Oak Knoll Memorial Park in Sterling.

A memorial has been established.
