SYCAMORE – Two men appeared in court Wednesday on drug charges after police from three local agencies reported seeing a crack deal in a McDonald’s parking lot.

The most serious charge, unlawful possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a park is typically punishable by four to 15 years in prison.
Henderson remained at the DeKalb County Jail on Thursday and must post $7,000 bail to be released.
Ubaldo Magallenes, 29, of the 700 block of Leonard Avenue, DeKalb, met with Henderson in the parking lot and got into a car with Henderson, court records show.

Officers searched Henderson’s car and found less than a gram of crack in the vehicle.
