DUI arrest on Orchard

Montgomery Police arrested Dominique Dickerson, 24, of the 1400 block of Chestnut Lane, Yorkville, after stopping her vehicle in the 2000 block of Orchard Road Sept. 3 at 1:13 a.m. on a speeding violation.

Police said Dickerson has been charged with driving under the influence (DUI).

Retail theft arrest

Montgomery Police arrested Shaquille Turner, 22, of the 1300 block of Georgetown Drive, Carol Stream, Sept. 3 at 10:20 p.m. on a charge of retail theft at a store in the 2000 block of Orchard Road in the village.

Police said the suspect concealed merchandise in a front pocket and then left the store without paying for it.

Motorist facing charges

Montgomery Police ticketed Floyd Farmer, 29, of the 900 block of John Friend Drive, Naperville, after stopping his vehicle on Montgomery Road at Douglas Road in the village Sept. 1 at 5:56 p.m.

Police said Farmer was cited for driving on a suspended license, unlawful possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Warrant arrest

Montgomery Police arrested Jessica Valdez, 27, of the 0-100 block of Johnson Court, North Aurora, Sept. 5 at 1:39 a.m. on Montgomery Road at Jackson Street.

Police said the suspect was wanted on an Aurora Police Department warrant for forgery.

Traffic stop leads to arrest

Montgomery Police arrested Ramon Camacho, 22, of the 500 block of Spencer Street, Aurora, Sept. 5 at 7:12 p.m. on Montgomery Road at Spencer Street in the village.

Police said Camacho was wanted on an Aurora Police Department warrant for driving on a suspended license.

Warrant arrest

Montgomery Police arrested Austin Harris, 22 of the 100 block of Boulder Hill Pass, Boulder Hill, Sept. 5 at 8:14 p.m. in the 500 block of Montgomery Road in the village.

Police said Harris was wanted on a DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office warrant for possession of cannabis.

Warrant arrest

Montgomery Police arrested Shane Motsch, 26, of the 0-100 block of Sumner Avenue, Aurora, Sept. 1 at 9:55 p.m. on Ill. Route 31 at Watkins Avenue in the village on a Grundy County Sheriff’s Office warrant for driving while license suspended.

Damaged on James Street

Someone scratched the front driver’s side fender on a 2015 Chevrolet pick-up truck parked in the 100 block of James Street in Montgomery, Aug. 31, village police reported.

Traffic citations issued

Montgomery Police issued traffic citations to the following motorists over the past week:

Kelvyn Acosta, 25, of the 2300 block of Amsterdam Circle, Montgomery, driving while registration suspended.

Jessica Navarro, 29, of the 400 block of Center Avenue, Aurora, driving while registration suspended.

Victoria Tilley, 21, of the 100 block of Dolores Street, Oswego, driving while license suspended.

David Reynoso, 20, of the 1100 block of Watson Street, Aurora, driving while license suspended.

Omar Ambriz, 27, of the 900 block of Lafayette Street, Aurora, driving while license suspended.
