JOLIET – Route 66 Raceway and D’Arcy Buick GMC hosted the D’Arcy Buick GMC Route 66 Classic on Saturday, which paid homage to early drag racing and hot-rod culture.

Fans were allowed to take their classic car down the drag strip with a time-trial run card, or show their classic car (model year 1979 and older) in the Cruise-in Car Corral preferred parking area. The youngest fans were invited to stop by the Kids Club to participate in the Official Classic Treasure Hunt.
