Family: My daughter, Summer; my son, Dylan; our dog, Duke; and a few fish.

Occupation: Sandwich Ninja at Kramer's Kitchen and a percussionist.

What was your first job: Caring for and tending to all the critters at a pet store.

What is your favorite movie: "The Princess Bride."

What is your favorite book: Anything written by Brian Green or Michio Kaku. Physics fascinates me, and they do well at taking complex or abstract ideas and simplifying them into elementary language.

What is the best concert you've been to: Watching Robby Krieger perform and getting to meet him afterward was definitely a personal high note.

If you met a genie who granted you one wish, what would you wish for: Everlasting world peace.

What's the hardest thing you've ever done: Raising my children.

Where do you most want to travel, but have never been: I would love to go to outer space … a picnic on the moon would be fun.

What is one thing you're truly passionate about: Enjoying music. I play the drums for Brett Conlin and the Ghost Boots Band and also 212.

What is your favorite area restaurant, and what do you like to order there: Kramer's Kitchen, of course! I'm a sucker for their homemade cheesecake.

What is something you like about your hometown: I'm a stone's throw from the Hennepin Canal. I can ride my bike, take the dog for a walk, or fish whenever I please.

Is there anything you would change about your hometown: I would like to see more things for the kids to do.
