• Jonathan D. Pollack, 26, of the 2000 block of Prentiss Drive, Downers Grove, was charged at 7:18 p.m. June 13 with two counts of domestic battery at his residence.
• Kevin D. Johnson, 26, of the 500 block of Kiowa Circle, Naperville, was charged at 3 p.m. June 12 with two counts of domestic battery at the Seventh District headquarters of the Chicago Police Department.
• Ralph L. Gutierrez, 53, of the zero block of Aldine Avenue, Elgin, was charged at 2:24 a.m. June 12 with domestic battery in the 900 block of Rogers Street.
DUI
Robert A. Dipietro, 55, of the 500 block of Falconridge Way, Bolingbrook, was charged at 12:02 a.m. June 10 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content above 0.08 and a traffic violation at 63rd Street and Woodward Avenue.
Marijuana possession
Lowell R. Cutler, 62, of the 1100 block of Florence Drive, Westmont, was charged at 8:15 a.m. June 17 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Red Roof Inn, 1113 Butterfield Road.

• Britney M. Bindgen, 19, of the zero block of West Naperville Road, Westmont, was charged at 12:28 a.m. June 17 with possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic violation at 7218 Canterbury Place.
• David R. McDonald, 28, of the 1600 block of Brookdale Road, Naperville, was charged at 5:43 p.m. June 11 with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license revoked at 4900 Seeley Ave.
Public consumption
Raul Torres, 56, of the 400 block of Park Lane, Wood Dale, was charged at 10:41 p.m. June 17 with drinking in public at 1000 Burlington Ave.
Burglary
• Prescription sunglasses and two pairs of headphones were stolen from a vehicle between 7 p.m. June 14 and 9:15 a.m. June 15 at 439 Otis Ave.
• A purse, wallet, cash and several credit cards were stolen from a vehicle between 4 p.m. June 13 and 8 a.m. June 14 at 1807 Sturbridge Place.
• A CD player, money and prescription pills were stolen from a vehicle at 2 p.m. June 13 at Packey Webb Ford, 2150 Ogden Ave.
• A pair of shoes was stolen from a vehicle between 6:30 p.m. June 10 and 9 a.m. June 11 at 240 Sheldon Ave.

• Michael R. Bosche, 30, of the 300 block of West Naperville Road, Westmont, was charged at 11:38 p.m. June 15 with theft at Burlington Avenue and Washington Street.
• Two bottles of champagne were stolen at 7:12 p.m. June 15 from Binny's Beverage Depot, 2010 Butterfield Road.
• A bicycle was stolen between 3:22 and 4:22 p.m. June 14 at the Downers Grove Public Library, 1050 Curtiss St.
• Cynthia M. Velazquez, 33, of the 3400 block of Morgan Street, Steger, was charged at 5:34 p.m. June 11 with retail theft at Kohl's, 2920 Finley Road.
• Tracy Ann Scanlon, 33, of the 7400 block of Blackburn Avenue, was charged at 1:20 p.m. June 11 with retail theft at TJ Maxx, 7349 Lemont Road.

• Brittany L. Hession, 25, of the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue, Riverside, was charged at 10:15 a.m. June 10 with criminal damage to property and violating a protective order at the Downers Grove Police Department.
• A slingshot was used to damage a screened-in porch between noon Nov. 1, 2014, and 10 a.m. June 9 at 926 73rd St.
Graffiti
Graffiti was spray-painted on a bike path and signs at 8:59 p.m. June 8 on the bike path near Maple and Lee avenues.
Trespassing
Patricia H. Guzior, 62, of the 6200 block of Stable Road, Woodridge, was charged at 7 p.m. June 13 with criminal trespassing at Belmont Road and Wisconsin Avenue.
Disorderly conduct
• Gregg Davis, 49, of the 700 block of West Liberty Drive, was charged at 6:48 p.m. June 12 with disorderly conduct for urinating in public at 1001 Warren Ave.
• Adalberto Fraga-Garcia, 42, of the 300 block of East Chicago Street, Elgin, was charged at 11:47 a.m. June 10 with disorderly conduct for urinating in public at CAP, 4954 Main St.
