NEW LENOX – The New Lenox Chamber of Commerce celebrated May 1 the grand opening of Moody Blues Jean Boutique’s new store at 1844 E. Lincoln Highway.

Owner Kathy Wilda was surrounded by family, friends, and representatives from the Chamber’s Board of Directors, Ambassador Team and general membership for the event. Mayor Tim Baldermann and his family also attended.

Chamber President Lisa Kline presented the business with a certificate commemorating its new location and Baldermann spoke about how much New Lenox appreciates Moody Blues and what the store adds to the community. The store originally opened in 2013.

Moody Blues specializes in women’s, men’s and children’s fashion, including belts, jewelry, shirts, dresses and, of course, jeans. Available brands include Miss Me, Rock Revival, Silver, Anoname, Grace in L.A. and many more.
