Amia Boutique opens at new location

SPRING VALLEY — Amia Boutique is now open at 223 E. St. Paul St. in downtown Spring Valley.

Owner Christina Norris Eimer originally opened the store at another location about a year ago where she shared space with another shop. She moved it to a large building four blocks to the east and opened for business April 9.

“I grew out of the space there and wanted to offer more brands and sizes of clothing and like plus sizes and children’s sizes,” she said. “I now have clothes from 3T to 3X. I offer trendy apparel and accessories at affordable prices.”

Eimer has had specials every day of her grand re-opening week from May 5 through May 9. She also posts all her specials and new arrivals on the store's Facebook page located at www.facebook.com/amiaboutique.

The store’s name comes from Eimer’s daughter, Aubrie Mia Pellegrini. “I took the first letter of her first name and put it together with her middle name to get the store’s name,” she said.

The store’s hours are from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. The store’s phone number is 815-252-3601. Its email address is amiaboutique@hotmail.com
