GRUNDY COUNTY

• Fred A. Cherven, 36, of Minooka, was arrested by Grundy County sheriff’s deputies March 14 on a charge of aggravated assault. He was given an April 13 court date.

• Kevin M. Lemke, 25, of Coal City, was arrested by Grundy County sheriff’s deputies Wednesday on a failure-to-appear warrant on a charge of domestic battery. He was given an April 6 court date.

• Stephen E. Motter, 19, of Morris, was arrested by Grundy county sheriff’s deputies Wednesday on a failure-to-appear warrant on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was given an April 20 court date.

• Eric L. Shoemaker, 19, of Morris, was arrested by Grundy County sheriff’s deputies and booked into the Grundy County Jail on Thursday on a failure-to-appear warrant on a charge of possession of cannabis.

• Michaeljon A. Mikulic, 42, of Wilmington, was arrested by Grundy County sheriff’s deputies and booked into the Grundy County Jail on Saturday on charges of driving under the influence and obstructing a peace officer. He also was cited for improper lane usage, speeding and illegal transportation of alcohol.

• Kevin T. Fox, 29, of Morris, was arrested by Grundy County sheriff’s deputies and booked into the Grundy County Jail on Saturday on a Grundy County failure-to-appear warrant on a charge of theft.

• Kellie A. Drees, 40, of Coal City, was arrested by Grundy County sheriff’s deputies Sunday on a charge of driving under the influence of drugs. She was given an April 13 court date. She also was cited for possession of cannabis under 2.5 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Ryan W. Shaver of Minooka, was arrested by Grundy County sheriff’s deputies and booked into the Grundy County Jail on Sunday on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis over 30 grams and possession of cannabis with the intent to deliver. He also was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia, election communication and operating an uninsured vehicle.
