POLO – Patricia M. "Patty" Luy, 59, of Polo, died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015, at KSB Hospital in Dixon. She was a homemaker.

She was born Jan. 21, 1956, in Rockford, the daughter of John and Delia (Stephani) Paratore. She married Larry Luy on July 22, 1989, in Polo,. He preceded her in death in 2006.

Survivors include her daughters, Stefanie (Eric) Whitney of Iowa, Karisa (Michael) Kramer of Dixon, Kathleen (Chris Morman) Tufte of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, Stacy (Ron Grobe) Tufte of Polo, Alaina (Keegan Terry) Luy of Polo, and Kirsten (Chad Reed) Luy of Dixon; son, Joseph Tufte of Polo; sister, Mary (Ken) Rudolph of Rockford; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She also was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Polo Family Funeral Home. Cremation rites will be accorded.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
