Elmhurst Airborne 5th grade boys black team wins Wheaton Academy shootout

The Elmhurst Airborne fifth grade black boys team won the title at the Wheaton Academy shootout. ELMHURST – The Elmhurst Airborne's boys fifth grade black team went to the Wheaton Acacemy shootout on Jan. 17, and it turned out to be a good day for the team.

The Airborne brought home the shootout championship by defeating teams from Cary, Crystal Lake and Romeoville.

Members of the team are: Brett Bohaboy, David Ciccarone, Ben Foley, Max Hansmann, Chris Markuson, Nick Parisi, Chaz Peters, A.J. Trapp, Jack Wagner and Jake Wool. The team is coached by head coach Chris Wagner and assistant coaches Anthony Ciccarone and Sue Markuson.
