Theft

• Meredith H. Flebbe, 33, 881 S. Lorraine Road, Wheaton, and Jodi L. Covelli, 33, 329 S. Edson Ave., Lombard, each were charged at 12:43 p.m. Dec. 16, 2014, with retail theft in the 2900 block of Finley Road.

• Sherry A. Williams, 50, 17011 S. Blackfoot Drive, Lemont, was charged at 9:12 p.m. Dec. 17, 2014, with retail theft in the 7300 block of Lemont Road.

• Maria Joan, 59, 181 Gregory St., Aurora, was charged at 1:28 p.m. Dec. 14, 2014, with retail theft in the 2900 block of Highland Avenue.

• Someone utilized the services of a taxi company and fled the scene without making payment to the driver at 6:48 p.m. Dec. 16, 2014, in the 3000 block of Finley Road.

• Four Xbox game controllers were reported stolen at 3:16 p.m. Dec. 14, 2014, in the 7300 block of Lemont Road.

• A blue 2003 Dodge Neon, car keys, wallet, Galaxy cellphone and cash were reported stolen at 5:40 p.m. Dec. 14, 2014, in the 3200 block of Finley Road.

Burglary

• Money, a wood-handled knife, folding knife, binder notebook, backpack, credit card, 6-inch flashlight and an ID tag was reported stolen at 4:51 a.m. Dec. 13 from five vehicles in the 4000 block of Roslyn Road.

• A vehicle owners manual stolen from an unlocked vehicle and a vehicle that had been entered with items moved around but nothing missing were reported at 9:05 a.m. Dec. 13, 2014, in the 3900 block of Williams.

• An iPhone was reported stolen at 10:32 p.m. Dec. 22, 2014, in the 700 block of 59th Street.

• An iPhone 5s was reported stolen at 7:25 a.m. Dec. 14, 2014, in the 900 block of Burlington Avenue.

Property damage

• The rear driver’s side window of a vehicle was reported damaged by a rock at 7:20 p.m. Dec. 14, 2014, in the 2100 block of Warren Avenue.

• A 4-foot-wide by 2-foot-tall dent to a garage bay door was reported at 9:32 p.m. Dec. 14, 2014, in the 1000 block of Lincoln.

• A street lamp damaged when a decorative snowflake was stolen was reported at 9:02 a.m. Dec. 20, 2014, at the intersection of Forest and Warren avenues.

• Inflatable Christmas decorations punctured with a sharp object was reported at 8:44 a.m. Dec. 22, 2014, in the 700 block of Claremont Drive.

• A shattered windshield, damaged driver’s side headlight for a snowplow and dented hood was reported at 11:48 a.m. Dec. 22, 2014, in the 1300 block of 63rd Street.

Vandalism

A vehicle spinning in circles damaged sod and red and orange spray paint painted on a fire hydrant and yellow traffic sign were reported at 10:14 a.m. Dec. 20, 2014, at Walnut and Burlington avenues.

Deceptive practices

A phone scam involving the request for bail bond by purchasing PayPal cards was reported at 1:58 p.m. Dec. 22, 2014, in the 00 block of Grant Street.
