Marijuana possession
James Roberts III, 20, of 12835 Skyline Drive, Plainfield, Jordan Jones, 20, of 25821 Pastoral Drive, Plainfield, and Jarrell Guice, 20, of 13614 Rockefeller Drive, Plainfield, were each charged at midnight Dec. 30, 2014 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop in the 8000 block of Lemont Road.
Property damage
The driver and passenger side windows of a vehicle were smashed out, the windshield was cracked and four tires were deflated at 7:57 p.m. Dec. 29 in the 10000 block of Argonne Drive.
Theft
• An unknown person pumped $30.51 worth of gas and drove away without making payment at 9:13 p.m. Dec. 27 at Thornton’s Gas Station, 2401 63rd St.
• An unknown person utilized the services of a taxi company and fled the scene without making payment to the driver at 1:13 p.m. Dec. 29 in the 2200 block of Apache Lane.

Reckless driving
Damon Gupta, 38, of 1108 Muirhead Ave., Naperville, was charged at 7:20 a.m. Dec. 31 with reckless driving and Mathew Rassier, 30, of 1520 Fordham Court, Naperville, was charged with reckless driving and expired registration after a traffic stop in the 1900 block of Maple Avenue.

Timothy Cherwin, 39, of 316 South Pine St., Lisle, was charged at 2:08 p.m. Dec. 1, 2014 with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license suspended at Route 53 and Kimberly Way.

Joseph Gniadek, 51, of 2525 Old Tavern Road #21, Lisle, was charged at 8:02 p.m. Jan. 3 with public indecency and disorderly conduct at 2525 Old Tavern Road.

• Jeremy Hadden, 22, of 405 Austin St., Downers Grove, was charged at 9:40 p.m. Dec. 31, 2014 with driving under the influence of drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after a traffic incident in the 1500 block of Maple Avenue.
• Richard Osborne, 29, of 718 Celtic Ash Court, Naperville, was charged at 2:19 a.m. Jan. 3 with driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop at Maple Avenue and Naper Boulevard.
• Siamone Pollard, 33, of 204 S. Water’s Edge Drive, Glendale Heights, was charged at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 3 with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol and failure to yield turning left after a traffic incident at Maple Avenue and College Road.

• Jade Glasper, 18, of 113 S. Orchard Drive, Bolingbrook, was charged at 9:07 p.m. Dec. 25 with battery and aggravated assault after an incident in the 600 block of East Boughton Road.
• Tiara Haywood, 23, of 5052 S. Laflin St., Chicago, was charged at 12:57 a.m. Dec. 25 with aggravated battery and resisting a peace officer after an incident in Glenwood Court.
