American India Foundation raises $950,000 plus at Chicago Gala

HINSDALE – More than 500 business leaders, elected officials and community organizers joined together at the ninth annual Bangles and Bowties Chicago Gala, hosted by the American India Foundation.

Hinsdale residents Arjun and Anu Aggarwal attended the gala at Chicago's Union Station Nov. 8. During the event, guests raised more than $950,000 for the foundation's Learning and Migration Program, which provides educational opportunities for children in areas of heavy migration.
