Battery
• Two women were physically fighting at 8:25 p.m. Nov. 10 in the 100 block of North Neltnor Boulevard.
• An incident involving domestic battery and a protective order violation was reported at 5:20 p.m. Nov. 12 in the 500 block of Fremont Street.
DUI
• Esteban Perez, 19, 1036 Allen Ave., was charged at 1:02 a.m. Nov. 9 with driving under the influence of drugs, operating an uninsured vehicle, improper lane use and a muffler violation at South Neltnor Boulevard and Main Street.
• Diego Vega-Medellin, 32, 1218 Kings Circle, Unit 38, was charged at 7:40 p.m. Nov. 9 with driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content above 0.08 at Spencer and Wilson streets.
• Alejandro Noceda, 21, 312 E. Washington St., was charged at 12:12 a.m. Nov. 15 with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol content above 0.08, possession of drug equipment, causing a property damage accident and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident in the 400 block of Colford Avenue.
• Steven Miller, 34, 1555 Fairway Drive, Apt. 102, Naperville, was charged at 5:12 p.m. Nov. 15 with driving under the influence of drugs at Neltnor Boulevard and Washington Street.
Theft
• An incident involving theft and a domestic incident was reported at 2:04 p.m. Nov. 10 in the 300 block of Wilson Avenue.
• A cell phone was stolen at 12:55 p.m. Nov. 13 in the 200 block of East Hazel Street.
• Personal items were stolen at 12:01 a.m. Nov. 13 in the 200 block of North Neltnor Boulevard.
• Americo Cantu, 59, 957 Grant St., Bartlett, was charged at 4:27 p.m. Nov. 15 with retail theft in the 200 block of West North Avenue.
Fraud
A fraudulent check was received at 12:01 a.m. Nov. 13 in the 800 block of Cherry Blossom Court.
Property damage
The rear window of a vehicle was shattered at 6:55 p.m. Nov. 15 in the 100 block of East Forest Avenue.
Domestic incident
• A verbal disagreement between a husband and wife was reported at 8 p.m. Nov. 9 in the 1200 block of South Kings Circle.
• A verbal disagreement between a mother and child was reported at 8:28 a.m. Nov. 11 in the 600 block of West Forest Avenue.
• A verbal disagreement between couples was reported at 10:04 p.m. Nov. 11 in the 500 block of Carriage Drive.
• A verbal disagreement between couples was reported at 11:33 p.m. Nov. 15 in the 800 block of Grand Lake Boulevard.
Suspended license
Mario Perez, 47, 30W071 Dogwood Court, Warrenville, was charged at 7:56 a.m. Nov. 15 with driving with a suspended license at Glen Avenue and Joliet Street.
