Battery

Jose Garcia, 26, of 302 Hickory Ave., Romeoville, was charged with domestic battery after an incident at 9:14 p.m. Sept. 14 in the 1200 block of Pendleton Drive.

Disorderly conduct

Marc Sumner, 30, of 549 Fourth St., Lemont, was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication after an incident at 7:15 a.m. Sept. 13 in the 300 block of Stephen Street.

Theft

Catherine Jankowiak, 59, of 14461 Walnut Ave., Homer Glen, was charged with retail theft after an incident at 7:33 p.m. Sept. 13 in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue.

Forgery

Charles Clay, 22, of 1001 W. 123rd St., Calumet Park; Victoria McKinney-Williams, 23, of 7636 S. May St., Chicago; and Danielle Sanders, 19, of 6344 S. Rockwell St., Chicago, were all charged with forgery after an incident at 3:51 p.m. Sept. 14 in the 1200 block of State Street.

Property damage

A window on a home was damaged between 5:15 and 11:59 p.m. Sept. 13 in the 0-50 block of Oak Lane.

DUI

• Elisa Dolan, 37, of 1705 Arbor Lane, Mokena, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane use after a traffic stop at 1:18 a.m. Sept. 14 at Archer Avenue and McCarthy Road.

• Jenna Chase, 24, of 14058 Front Royal Court, Plainfield, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to signal when required after a traffic stop at 1:18 a.m. Sept. 14 at 127th Street and Marion Drive.

Marijuana possession

• Jeremy Collins, 37, of 14511 S. 136th St., Lockport, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop Sept. 13 at New Avenue and 127th Street.

• Kamil Klimczyk, 21, of 750 S. Court Ave., Justice, was charged with possession of drug equipment, possession of marijuana and loud muffler after a traffic stop at 7:25 p.m. Sept. 13 at 127th Street and Marion Drive.

• Sergio Perez, 26, of 5216 S. Homan Ave., Chicago, was charged with possession of marijuana after an incident at 10:40 p.m. Sept. 14 at Cog Hill.

• Frank Mendoza, 28, of 1620 S. Ashland Ave., Chicago, was charged with possession of marijuana after an incident at 10:33 p.m. Sept. 17 at State Street and Eureka Avenue.

Drug paraphernalia possession

• Jacob Wroblewski, 22, of 604 State St., Lemont, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at 8:14 p.m. Sept. 15 in the 10300 block of Lemont Road.

• Bryan Kalisz, 27, of 14910 W. 139th St., Homer Glen, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at 9:40 p.m. Sept. 17 at State Street and Harper Lane.

• Joseph Rybak, 35, of 713 Roseanne St., Lockport, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at 6:30 a.m. Sept. 18 at New Avenue and Lockport Street.

License violations

• Dexter SImmons, 26, of 5309 S. Racine Ave., Chicago, was charged with no valid driver’s license and disobeyed traffic control device after a traffic stop at 1:08 a.m. Sept. 13 at I-355 and 127th Street.

• Justin Modrak, 32, of 405 Edgewood Ave., Lockport, was charged with driving while license suspended and loud muffler after a traffic stop at 3:01 p.m. Sept. 13 at Main Street and Walker Road.

• Mervin Green, 26, of 17410 S. Throop St., East Hazel Crest, was charged with driving while license suspended and failure to yield to private drive after a traffic stop at 3:51 p.m. Sept. 14 at State and 127th streets.

• David Mina, 43, of 409 Illinois St., Lemont, was charged with driving while license revoked and speeding after a traffic stop at 3:42 p.m. Sept. 14 in the 16700 block of New Avenue.

• Therman Anderson, 53, of 15123 Second Ave., Phoenix, Ill., was charged with driving while license suspended after a traffic stop at 2:41 p.m. Sept. 17 at Main and Fourth streets.

• Vincente Zaldivar, 25, of 505 Preston Drive, Bolingbrook, was charged with no valid driver’s license after a traffic stop at 5:01 a.m. Sept. 17 in the 12300 block of New Avenue.
