LA GRANGE PARK – Helping Hand Center opened the doors to its newest home in La Grange Park this past May.
The new facility will be home to seven people with developmental disabilities. Helping Hand Center provides homes throughout the community to assist those with disabilities and help them reach their highest level of independence.
The Countryside-based nonprofit – which serves 640 children and adults – has 12 additional group homes where more than 80 individuals reside.
