• Andrew J. Halbert, 23, of the 400 block of West Burrville Road in Crete was arrested by Park Forest police Thursday on a charge of burglary.

• Joseph A. Lipuma, 21, of the 8300 block of West 165th Street in Tinley Park, was arrested by Frankfort police Thursday on charges of forgery and unauthorized possession of a blank prescription form.

• Alan K. O'Large, 21, of the 100 block of Hemlock Street in Park Forest, was arrested by Joliet police Thursday on charges of domestic battery and vandalism.

• Mark C. Rogers, 43, of the 400 block of South Ottawa Street, was arrested by Joliet police Thursday on charges of driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Pedro Salinas-Rodriguez, 28, of the 200 block of North Richmond Avenue in Clarendon Hills, was arrested by sheriff's police Thursday on a charge of drug possession.

• Christopher L. Sanders, 47, of the 21300 block of Carlton Street in Crest Hill, was arrested by sheriff's police Thursday on charges of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and unauthorized possession of a firearm.
