• Jan Kowalkowski, 21, 8026 W. 83rd St., Bridgeview, was charged with DUI, obstructing a peace officer, driving without lights and littering at 1:47 a.m. May 12 at Shell Gas Station, 401 E. St. Charles Road.

• Eric Yanez, 18, 101 S. Vista Ave., Addison, was charged with DUI, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, endangering the life of a child, aggravated fleeing and eluding, speeding and disobeying a stop sign at 12:33 a.m. May 12 at Vermont Street and Yale Avenue.

• Roberto Ramirez, 30, 426 S. Riverside Dr., was charged with DUI, driving on sidewalk, failure to report an accident, improper stopping, improper lane usage, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol and no driver's license at 1:46 a.m. May 10 at Wildwood and Oakland avenues.

• Abraham Garcia, 25, 523 W. Terrace St., was charged with DUI, improper lane usage and expired registration at 5:28 p.m. May 14 at North Avenue and Westmore Road.

Drug paraphernalia

• Brian Synoga, 29, 10808 Cook Ave., Oak Lawn, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license suspended at 2:42 p.m. May 12 at North Avenue and Westmore Road.

• Estevan Delatorre, 36, 735 N. First Ave., Addison, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting a peace officer and obstructing a peace officer at 10:06 p.m. May 5 at 929 W. North Ave.

Assault

David Jagielo, 20, 8604 S. 78th Court, Justice, was charged with assault, retail theft, unlawful possession of a fake ID card, unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and littering at 1:47 a.m. May 12 at Shell Gas Station, 401 E. St. Charles Road.

Thefts

• An air conditioning unit was taken at 10:55 a.m. May 15 at 141 W. Home Ave.

• An electronic tablet and a folding chair were taken at 12:49 p.m. Saturday at Jefferson Park, 255 W. Vermont St.

Criminal defacement

Spray paint was used to apply graffiti to the side of a building between 8 p.m. May 12 and 9:41 a.m. May 13 at 11 W. Park Blvd.

Illegal transportation of alcohol

Ryan Yaratch, 22, 53979A County Road 9, Elkhart, Ind., was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol, tinted windows, obstructed windshield, cracked windshield, loud muffler and no driver's license at 1:43 a.m. May 10 at 231 E. North Ave.

Illegal consumption of alcohol by minor

• Hector Salazar, 19, 14 N. Church St., Addison, and a male juvenile from Addison were both charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor at 12:33 a.m. May 12 at Vermont Street and Yale Avenue.

• Robert J. Fox, 18, 665 Standford Circle, Elk Grove Village, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor at 2:25 a.m. Saturday at Ultimate Cigar, 137 E. North Ave.

• Riley Kromeich, 19, 857 Pheasant Trail, St. Charles, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and disorderly conduct at 1:11 a.m. Saturday at Ultimate Cigar, 137 E. North Ave.

Marijuana possession

• Chasity Grider, 29, 1137 Augusta St., Oak Park, was charged with possession of marijuana at 12:48 a.m. May 7 at 10 W. Roosevelt Road.

• Eric Sanchez, 19, 300 Dale St., Addison, was charged with possession of marijuana and unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor at 12:33 a.m. May 12 at Vermont Street and Yale Avenue.

• A male juvenile from Addison was charged with possession of marijuana and unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor at 12:33 a.m. May 12 at Vermont Street and Yale Avenue.

• James Nikoleit, Jr., 23, 206 S. Poplar Ave., Elmhurst, was charged with possession of marijuana and no turn signal at 10:25 p.m. May 15 at St. Charles Road and Oakland Avenue.

Retail theft

• Stephen Menger, 31, 2528 Autumn Grove Circle, Aurora, was charged with retail theft at 12:22 p.m. May 8 at Walmart, 900 Illinois 83.

• A female juvenile from Villa Park was charged with retail theft at 2:25 p.m. May 15 at Jewel Foods, 33 E. St. Charles Road.

• Kelly Degand, 35, 1638 Virginia St., Downers Grove, was charged with retail theft at 10:35 p.m. May 15 at Walmart, 900 Illinois 83.

• Bedline Choute, 19, 2320 W. Nichols Rd., Arlington Heights, was charged with retail theft at 2:56 p.m. May 15 at 300 W. North Ave.

• Jonathan Dodd, 18, 190 S. Prospect Ave., Elmhurst, was charged with retail theft at Walmart, 900 Illinois 83.
