City officials, owners cut ribbon to Kilwins; grand opening set for Saturday

City of Geneva and Geneva Chamber of Commerce officials join owners Tom and Cindy Castronovo to cut the ribbon to Kilwins Chocolates & Ice Cream, 407 S. 3rd St., Suite 186, in downtown Geneva. Kilwins will host its grand opening Saturday. The festivities will include contests, face painting, balloon twisting and caricatures by local artists.
