Mariano's grocery store opens in Western Springs Garden Market

WESTERN SPRINGS – Western Springs' Marianos location officially opened for business Tuesday in Garden Market.

The grocery store, located at 4700 Gilbert Avenue, opened its doors in the Garden Market retail center, taking over the space that formerly house Dominick's. The grocery store offers high quality fresh foods, along with an Italian coffee shop, a sit-down sushi bar, a wood-fired pizza oven and a full service pharmacy.

Mariano's new location will also provide free Wi-Fi, live piano music, a cafe and more.

Mariano's in Western Springs will be open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Pharmacy hours will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Mariano's will also be opening a store in Westchester late this year, according to the website. The Westchester location, at 3020 S. Wolf Road, is currently open as a Mariano's Pharmacy.
