Michelle Dawn Seidelman, 20, of the 6400 block of South University Road, Shabbona, was charged Friday, Jan. 31, with retail theft.
Adel A. Alshehri, 25, of the 1300 block of West Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Jan. 31, with possession of drug paraphernalia.
