United Soccer Academy U8 girls finish indoor season on high note

The United Soccer Academy of Oak Brook saw its U8 girls Chivas team finish its indoor season with an exciting win on Jan. 4.

The girls won the Westmont Yard Session 1 U8 girls Postseason Championship game 4-3 in overtime penalty kicks over the Galaxy United U8 girls.

The team was made up of girls from Clarendon Hills, Hinsdale, Elmhurst, Western Springs, and Manhattan. Team members included: Chloe Anderson, Ava Elliott, Alexis Isenhart, Brennan Israel, Peyton Israel, Angela Kim, Hope Kittel, Caroline Owens, and Lily Videbeck, and the team was coached by Marcos Guitron.
