Naomi Carole Langner, 42 of Dwight, Ill., passed away peacefully early Wednesday morning, Nov. 20, at the OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria, Ill.
The visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, at Hager Memorial Home, Dwight. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, at the First Baptist Church in Dwight. A one-hour visitation will be before the time of service. The Rev. Daniel Woodward will officiate. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery, Dwight.
Naomi was born Feb. 5, 1971, in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Quinten and Lavonne (Knowlton) Stauffacher.
She graduated from the Calvery Baptist High School.
She married Wayne C. Langner on Oct. 16, 1993, at the Calvery Baptist Church in Robbinsdale, Minn.
She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Wayne, and her daughter, Rebekah-Lynn Langner, both of Dwight; her father, Quentin “Tony” Stauffacher, of Rio Rancho, N.M.;, and a brother, Mark (Laura) Stauffacher, of Galesville, Wis.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lavonne.
Naomi was a loving homemaker. She was a long time member of the First Baptist Church, Dwight.
She enjoyed teaching Sunday School, singing and The Baptist Bus Ministry.
