Faith A. Collins

DIXON – Faith Ann Collins, 46, of Dixon, died Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2013, at her home.

Faith was born Jan. 18, 1967, in Oak Lawn, the daughter of George and Ethel (Piehl) Selmeister. She married William G. Collins Sr. on July 9, 1993, in Dixon. He preceded her in death on Jan. 27, 2013.

Survivors include five sons, William Collins Jr., Steven (Jessica) Petkiewicz, Michael Petkiewicz, Richard (Kayla) Collins, and Daniel (Krystal) Petkiewicz, and one daughter, Laura (Justin) Llanas, all of Dixon; one stepdaughter, Darla Rivera of Chicago; her mother of Dixon; one brother, Mark Selmeister of Darlington, Wis.; two sisters, Debbie Selmeister of Upland, Calif., and Dawn Sauer of Mira Loma, Calif.; 13 grandchildren, Robert, Jeffrey, Angel, Bentley, Danny Jr., Aidan, Gracie, Jonoah, Tianna, Ean, Tristan, Willow, and Heaven; and special friend, Nicole Lynch.

She also was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Carl and George Selmeister.

Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday and the funeral at 11 a.m. Friday at Preston-Schilling Funeral Home in Dixon, with the Rev. Vincent Marrandino, director of pastoral care at KSB Hospital in Dixon, officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Dixon.

A memorial has been established.
