Man charged with DUI after falling asleep in Hinsdale McDonald's drive-thru

HINSDALE – A 24-year-old man from Western Springs was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 2:41 a.m. Sunday at 935 North York Road.

Michael Sorce was charged with DUI alcohol after Hinsdale police found him asleep at the wheel in the McDonald's drive-thru.

Sorce submitted to a breath test that indicated he was over the legal limit, according to police.
