Police Report

Grundy County
Endhy Abern Amoros, 23, of Indiana, and Ismael A. Cerda, 20, of Idaho, were arrested by Grundy County Sheriff's police on a charge of disorderly conduct. Each posted bond and was released with an April 22 court date.
Bryce A. Bently-Clementz, 27, of Minooka, was arrested by Grundy County Sheriff's police and booked into county jail April 4 for failure to appear on a charge of domestic battery and failure to appear on a charge of driving while license suspended. Bentley-Clementz posted bond and will appear in court April 15 for the latter charge and on April 29 for the former.

Mark J. Rone, 45, of Morris, was arrested by Morris police April 4 on a charge of DUI. Rone posted bond and was released with a May 5 court date.

Paul R. Lewis, 33, of Morris, was arrested by Morris police April 4 on a Grundy County Failure to Appear warrant. Lewis posted bond and was released with an April 24 court date.

Lindsey D. Venecia, 29, of Morris, was arrested by Morris police April 4 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Morris police responded with paramedics to a residence in the 300 block of East Main April 3 on a reporter of an unresponsive female. Venecia was taken into custody after being released from the hospital and was held is being held at county jail.

Nicholas T. Barragan, 20, of Morris, was arrested by Morris police April 4 on a charge of DUI and cited for driving while license suspended, improperlane  usage and speeding. Barragan posted bond and was released with an April 29 court date.

Cody Alan Laws, 23, of Missouri, turned himself in to Morris police April 3 on a Kendall County warrant. Laws posted bond and was released with an April 19 court date.

Channahon Police

Erika L. Cryder, 29, of Morris, was arrested by Channahon police on a charge of domestic battery.

Minooka Police

Caroline R. Cerveny, 32, of Minooka, was arrested by Minooka police April 3 on a Kendall County warrant. Cerveny posted bond and was released.

Merrill C. Kaval, 66, of Minooka, was arrested by Minooka police April 3 on a Grundy County warrant. Kaval posted bond and was released.

Mark Anthony Salazar, 24, of Morris, was arrested by Minooka police April 3 on charges of DUI with a BAC above .08 and improper lane usage. Salazar posted bond and was released.

La Salle County

Christine M. Sibert, 37, of Marseilles, was arrested by LaSalle County Sheriff’s police April 2 on a charge of DUI and cited for improper driving on shoulder, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and illegal transportation of alcohol. Sibert had driven across a field and into a creek in Brookfield Township.

Morgan A. Kinkead, 34, of Streator, was arrested by LaSalle County Sheriff's police April 2 on a charge of driving while license suspended and cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Coal City

Edgar Alvarez, 26, of Chicago, was arrested by Coal City police April 2 on a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked.
