Brandon Bowman

KEWANEE — Brandon D. Bowman, 28, of Kewanee died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, at Kewanee Hospital.

Brandon was born April 28, 1984, in Kewanee, the son of Jeffrey L. Bowman and Lorie Watson. He graduated from Bureau Valley High School in 2002. He married Angela Ainley on Sept. 15, 2007, in Manlius. He loved to draw, music, drumming and playing with his boys. He loved sports, the Indianapolis Colts and the St. Louis Cardinals. Brandon had played for the Bureau Valley basketball team when they took third in state.

Survivors include his wife, Angela; his sons, Jayse and Korbyn; his mother, Lorie Watson of LaFayette; his father and mother, Jeff and Peggy Bowman of Kewanee; his sister, Amber Bowyer of Buda; his sister, Sarah Johnson of Sheffield; his brother, Shane Cozadd of Kewanee; his brother, Dylan Thompson of LaFayette; his grandmother, Marcine Rashid of LaFayette; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Tammy and Rodger Keller of Kewanee; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bruce and Josie Ainley of Kewanee; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Frank Watson; his grandmother, Margaret Schutz; and his grandfather, William Ainley.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Stackhouse-Moore Funeral Services, Sheffield, with the Rev. Jason Lafferty officiating. Burial will be in the Sheffield Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the Jayse and Korbyn Education Fund.
