Jessica Lee-Payne Roskens and Mark Alan Morris were united in marriage June 2 in St. John’s Catholic Church in Walnut by Father Thomas Shaw Jr. The bride was given in marriage by her grandfather, Patrick Broeren of Walnut.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Glen Turner of Walnut, and the late Jeffery Payne. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Morris Sr. of Oklahoma.
The bride wore an House of Wu, jacquelin/exclusive gown in taffeta.
Rebecca Roskens, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Amelia Broeren, cousin of the bride, and Anna Jacobs, Taylor Durham and Jenna Warren, all friends of the bride.
Lee Aschim, friend of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Andrew Mutchler, Matt Rehling and Dr. Ben Shepherd, all friends of the groom, and Alec Broeren, cousin of the bride. Aidan Morris, son of the groom and bride, served as ring bearer.
A reception was held at The Galleria in Princeton. Host and hostess were Tom and Kamie Broeren, uncle and aunt of the bride.
After a wedding trip to Disney World with Aidan, the family is making their home in Walnut.
The bride is a graduate of Rockford College and is employed by North Central Behavioral Health Systems in Princeton.
The groom is a graduate of Hyles Anderson and is employed by Ace Hardware in Princeton.
