• David Lopez, 36, of the 41W900 block of Burlington Road, Campton Hills, was charged Monday, July 16, with interfering with judicial procedure and two counts each of criminal trespass and obstructing or resisting police.
• Marivel Leal, 41, of the 400 block of Union Avenue, St. Charles, was charged Monday, July 23, with speeding. Leal was also arrested on a Kane County warrant for failing to appear in court on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
• A bicycle, child's electric scooter, two bottles of beer and some juice boxes were reported stolen Monday, July 23, from a garage in the 200 block of Sunbury Drive.
• A pane of glass was reported damaged Monday, July 23, at Stonehouse on Cedar, 201 Cedar Ave., in an apparent attempted burglary. It did not appear entry was made to the business. Replacement cost for the glass was estimated at $50.
• Todd B. Hillquist, 46, was arrested Monday, July 23, on a Kane County warrant on charges of domestic battery and possession of ammunition without a FOID card.
• AT&T, 917 S. Randall Road, reported Monday, July 23, that a $539 cellphone had been stolen.
• A spoiler was reported missing from a 2002 Honda Accord on Wednesday, July 25. The owner believes it was taken while the car was parked at Charlestowne Mall, 3800 E. Main St.
• Peter M. Bojovic, 27, of the 800 block of South Fifth Avenue, St. Charles, turned himself in on a Chicago Police Department warrant on Thursday, July 26.
• The Social Security number of a resident of the 2800 block of Campton Hills Drive was fraudulently used, a relative told police on Wednesday, July 25. Her tax return was reportedly declined because one had already been filed with her Social Security number.
• An 18-karat gold rope necklace and men's watch was reported stolen Sunday, July 22, from a bathroom shelf in the 100 block of Fairview Drive.
• Stein Mart, 3619 E. Main St., reported Friday, July 27, that a man and a woman on multiple occasions had been switching tags on merchandise. Police did not charge the St. Charles couple, but they were banned from the store and reimbursed the store the difference in prices.
• Isamuel Robles-Balladares, 29, of the 100 block of South 17th Street, St. Charles, was charged Friday, July 27, with driving without a license, driving without insurance and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident following an accident in the 0-100 block of Dunham Road.
• Walmart, 150 Smith Road, reported Friday, July 27, a man stole two 46-inch TVs valued at $700 each, a 40-inch TV valued at $600 and a $500 surround sound system.
The man was described as 28 to 30 years old wearing a green baseball hat, red T-shirt and jeans. He reportedly left in a black 2005 or newer Lexus RX350 SUV with Illinois license plates that were reported stolen in early July out of Aurora.
• Vincent Albert Isola, 19, of the 28600 block of Harvest Glen Circle, Cary, was charged Friday, July 27, with driving under the influence of drugs, improper lane use, driving without insurance and obstructing or resisting police.
• Ryan Thomas Fitzsimmons, 28, of the 2700 block of Peterson Court, Geneva, was charged Saturday, July 28, with fighting.
• Joseph Richard Neubauer, 28, of the 600 block of Oakwood Drive, Geneva, was charged Saturday, July 28, with fighting.
• Sarah E. Mapes, 30, of the 2600 block of South Somonauk Road, Cortland, was charged Saturday, July 28, with retail theft for reportedly stealing $184.63 in merchandise from Meijer, 855 S. Randall Road.
• Blake R. Griffiths, 21, of the 1000 block of Independence Avenue, St. Charles, was charged Sunday, July 29, with fighting.
• Garrett C. Ginn, 29, of the 1800 block of Wessel Court, St. Charles, was charged Sunday, July 29, with fighting.
• A purse was reported stolen Sunday, July 29, from a vehicle parked at Davis Elementary School, 1125 S. Seventh St. The purse contained a driver's license, state ID, Social Security card, debit card, paycheck and $1,200 for rent.
• Angela E. Ivey, 43, of the 3600 block of Broadleaf Avenue, Elgin, was charged Monday, July 30, with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use and driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent.
• A $35 patio table umbrella in the 1700 block of Cumberland Green Drive was reported torn down Monday, July 30.
• Domingo Guzman, 54, of the 3200 block of Skyline Drive, Melvindale, Mich., was arrested Monday, July 30, on an Elgin warrant for failing to appear in court on a driving under the influence charge.
